Australian National Phase Entry Online
The following form is to instruct me to enter the Australian national phase for international (PCT) patent applications at a cost of AU$920 all inclusive.
The cost for entering the Australian national phase is constant no matter what the number of claims or the length of the international patent specification.
Please note that the time limit for entering the Australian national phase is 31 months from the earliest priority date claimed on the international application
